1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging with Achroweb Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Achroweb Solutions provides AI-driven business automation services, including:

  • AI phone infrastructure and voice automation systems
  • Call handling, lead capture, and appointment booking automation
  • Workflow design, integrations, and system optimization
  • AI content, video, and automation tools
  • Additional digital services as agreed upon

Services are customized based on each client’s business needs and may evolve over time.

3. Third-Party Services (IMPORTANT)

Clients acknowledge that our systems may integrate with third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Telecommunication providers (e.g., Twilio)
  • AI and automation platforms
  • CRM and scheduling systems

Ownership & Billing

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts with third-party providers (including Twilio).
  • All usage-based costs (calls, messaging, telecom, etc.) are billed directly to the client by those providers.
  • Achroweb Solutions is not responsible for third-party billing, pricing changes, or service interruptions.

4. Pricing & Payment

Service Fees

Clients agree to pay Achroweb Solutions for:

  • Setup and onboarding (one-time)
  • Monthly service and management fees
  • Any agreed-upon add-ons or upgrades

Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made on time as agreed (invoice or subscription).
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

All payments made to Achroweb Solutions are for services rendered and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Setup & Onboarding

Each client system is customized.

  • Setup includes configuration, integrations, testing, and deployment
  • Setup timelines vary depending on complexity and client responsiveness
  • Setup fees (if applicable) are separate from monthly service fees

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain active third-party accounts (e.g., Twilio)
  • Respond in a timely manner during setup and optimization
  • Ensure compliance with applicable communication laws (including consent for calls and SMS)

Failure to cooperate may delay or impact results.

7. Performance Disclaimer

While our systems are designed to improve response times, lead capture, and operational efficiency:

  • We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes
  • Results depend on multiple factors including business operations, market conditions, and lead quality

8. Intellectual Property

All systems, workflows, automations, scripts, and internal logic developed by Achroweb Solutions remain our intellectual property.

Clients are granted access to use the system during the service period but may not replicate, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the system.

9. Confidentiality

We agree to maintain the confidentiality of client information.
Clients agree not to disclose proprietary elements of our systems.

10. Cancellation & Termination

  • Clients may cancel with 14 days’ notice
  • Services will remain active through the billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods

Achroweb Solutions reserves the right to terminate services for:

  • non-payment
  • misuse of services
  • violation of these terms

11. Limitation of Liability

Achroweb Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages
  • loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • third-party service failures (e.g., telecom outages, API issues)

12. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

13. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
