Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our services
Scope of Services
Achroweb Solutions offers a comprehensive range of digital services, including but not limited to:
- ➢Local and National Email Marketing Campaigns
- ➢Social Media Marketing on main platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Twitter.
- ➢E-commerce Solutions
- ➢Video Editing (including integration of AI characters with text-to-speech capabilities)
- ➢AI Logo Design
- ➢Google Analytics API to our Achroweb solutions platform.
- ➢Full Service Google Ads.
- ➢Video Translations and Subtitles (“English to Spanish or vice versa”)
- ➢Full Service Google Ads
- ➢Web Design (including unlimited web design options with a 7-day free trial and a money-back guarantee. The free trial applies to online campaigns or online purchases only and does not apply to sales made over the phone with our sales department).
- ➢Website Maintenance
- ➢SEO Optimization
Hourly Billing and Additional Hours
Our hourly rate is $40 per hour. After the initial 30 hours of service for ' Promotional Website Creations Only from FB or IG ads,' any additional hours will be billed at $60 per hour. This ensures that extended projects are managed efficiently while maintaining transparent and fair pricing. The 7-day free trial applies to all online purchases made by the client. For projects exceeding 30 hours, please contact sales for additional promotions. All other services are billed at $60 per hour.
Payment
Clients are required to pay for services rendered in a timely manner as outlined in our agreement or contract. Failure to make payments on time may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the completion of their project. The results of our work depend on strict collaboration from the client, including providing images, content, budget, time frame for the work to be completed, and availability to discuss the work in progress.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the services provided by Achroweb Solutions LLC, including but not limited to designs, graphics, logos, and code, remain the property of Achroweb Solutions unless otherwise specified in writing. Upon full payment for the services rendered, the client retains ownership of any materials provided by Achroweb Solutions for the project, subject to any agreements or licenses outlined in our initial agreement or contract.
Confidentiality
Achroweb Solutions LLC agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by the client.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their service agreements at any time. However, we require a 14-day notice prior to the cancellation of services to properly process the termination. If funds have been paid to us, and we reach out to the client but receive no response within 72 hours, no refund will be issued. We will make several attempts to contact the client. If there is no communication from the client regarding their work within this time frame, the payment will be considered non-refundable. This section applies to all digital services we provide.
Limitation of Liability
Achroweb Solutions LLC, where applicable, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, INCIDENTAL, special, or CONSEQUENTIAL damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Amendments
Achroweb Solutions LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.
